Process

Stage 1

You send us a link to your web page or application screenshot.

You answer our questionnaire. In accordance with your answers we define:

• Who or what the screen or the page is intended for
• Your goals and expectations

Stage 2 (for web sites and web applications only)

You install Google Analytics Counter; we carefully customize it and wait until enough data for statistics analysis is accumulated.

We analyze your web site’s statistics: define page popularity, study users’ routes on site (including those, going through page under analysis).

We figure out conversion level and predict its increase after the page is redesigned according to our prototype.
Expert analysis of the redesign object

Stage 3

We assess your page or screen in terms of being convenient and convincing using our skills and knowledge (check lists, interface standards, human perception laws and persuasive psychology).

We answer the following questions:

• How do you make the interface intuitive for users
• How do you speed up user’s work

Besides we assess navigation, elements layout on the page/screen, design, texts and typography

Prototype design in accordance with recommendations

Stage 4

Our designer creates a page or screen draft in accordance with usability expert recommendations.

Work results

1. A report containing a ranged list of detected problems and recommended solutions.
